Nestled in the heart of the vineyards on a lush hill, this charming hotel offers a picturesque stay on the Alsace Wine Route. the rooms, though small, are comfortable and clean with modern bathrooms. the staff is generally friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is delicious. the pool area is a standout feature with its lovely garden and great views.

Wonderful welcoming service, beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and a lovely view. Very romantic feel to the room. Food was excellent, restaurant for lunch, dinner and breakfast was superb and service was 5 star, will be coming back!

AC might be appreciated in Summer, Tea & Coffee making facilities in room would be great.

A charming hotel with serviceminded staff

The hotel is situated on a hill just outside the town centre, allowing for a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views. The gorgeous garden and good-sized pool provide ample space for relaxation. Rooms are clean and comfortable with quiet surroundings. The friendly staff is always willing to help, and the breakfast is delicious.

We thought the hotel was superb, the location was ideal for our trip to strasbourg for the Xmas market. the town of Barr is beautiful

Room is okay, but bathroom needs update!

Spent Easter at a hotel with good location and friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner were decent, with a good variety of options. The outdoor pool was heated and enjoyable to swim in.

The rooms were outdated and not well maintained. There were issues with the water temperature and pressure.

The bathroom was not renovated and the design and style did not match with the nicely decorated rooms and other premises of the hotel. The corners around the bath were full of black mildew ( which is a sign of insufficient hygiene).

A very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and excellent parking facilities. The outdoor pool and terrasse area looked great but unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather. Maybe next time!

I recently had a great stay at a hotel just outside Barr's town centre along the Alsace Wine Route. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the comfortable beds in the rooms. The staff were attentive and the basic amenities were all provided. Additionally, the location in a big garden was beautiful and added to the overall charm of the hotel.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any faults.

The hotel is stylish and charming and is well located in a pleasant small town. The room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable.

A very enjoyable stay was spoiled by poor service at dinner on the final night. The restaurant received far more clients than had been expected and the chef and serving staff tried to cope, but were overwhelmed. Where was the owner/manager? Why was there no contingency plan? Why no apology?
